  • "Mr. Roy’s invention is spurring an explosive line of technology development that will result in global increased crop yields and food stability for hundreds of millions of people."

John Spence, Chairman & Founder, Karma Group, EY Entrepreneur of the Year

  • "GeneGuard AI, under Mr. Roy’s leadership is shaping into a foundational biotechnology platform - akin to an ‘infrastructure company’ for biosecurity and agricultural resilience, much like Scale AI has done in the field of artificial intelligence."

Dr. Vincent N. Fondong, Professor of Molecular Virology (Cassava Viral Genomics), Delaware State University - Former Gates Foundation & NSF - funded Principal Investigator on CMD research

  • "Notably, he has independently developed an innovative, non-transgenic vector-control solution targeting cassava mosaic disease… His approach — using gene-edited whiteflies as bio-intervention tools — reflects original thought and applied execution rarely seen at this stage."

Dr. Arupa Ganguly, Director, Genetic Diagnostic Lab, University of Pennsylvania

  • "He has published research and secured endorsements from experts at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and three American universities, including the University of Pennsylvania, on his prototype."

Dr. Lee Howell, Executive Director of the Villars Institute and former Managing Director of the World Economic Forum (Davos)

  • "This groundbreaking project, validated by leaders such as the Global Head of Data Science at GSK."

From
risk to global
resilience.

I’ve committed my early career to engineering breakthroughs: GeneGuard AI,
a Global Entrepreneurs Award–winning and U.S. patent-pending platform backed by USDA personnel and supported by faculty at the University of Pennsylvania; independent research with eight published papers; and invited talks on AI and biosecurity at LEAP, GITEX, XPANSE, and the Villars Institute, where I was one of twenty global fellows selected worldwide for work at the intersection of science, technology, and policy. Today, I apply cutting-edge gene editing and AI to turn insects from destroyers into fully commercialized guardians—establishing a strategic asset for America and its allies.
